What is tony on seinfeld?

Tony was a character on Seinfeld who was briefly mentioned in the episode "The Pie." He was the owner of a bakery that Jerry and Elaine visited in order to buy a chocolate babka. Tony is described as being a "little cook," but his baking skills are highly praised by both Jerry and Elaine, who consider his babka to be the best they have ever tasted.
